Membership is open to male and female junior golfers, 18 or younger, not currently attending a college or university. UJGA tournaments are typically 9-, 18-, 36- or 54-hole stroke play events. Depending on the junior tournament series, boys and girls compete in age divisions with the typical field size being 60 to 160 players. State and national qualifying events may have as many as 224 players participating. Some UJGA tournaments have specific eligibility requirements.
UJGA Membership requires annual renewal and expires December 31st of each year. The recommended minimum age for player eligibility is 7 years old; special exceptions for younger players are granted with a golf professional’s recommendation.
Junior golfers can become UJGA members by downloading the Membership Application / Tournament Policy / Tally Sheet forms from this web site, completing and sending to the UJGA offices at the indicated address. Acceptable payment is by Cash, Check or Credit Card (Visa or Master Card ONLY).

UJGA Membership is available to junior players 7 to 18* years of age. If a junior player has a birthday during a tournament, he/she must move up to the next age group prior to the start of that tournament. Players cannot participate in a division in which they do not meet the ability requirement.
National Qualifying and Utah Team spots are held solely for residents of the state of Utah.
